What we collect, and why
When you submit our contact form — including enquiries about Project Management, Business Services, or joining our Professional Associate Network (PAN) or Specialist Partner Network (SPN) — we collect the information you enter: your full name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you're enquiring about, and your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if the conversation progresses, to scope and deliver the relevant work.
We do not currently operate any other data-collecting forms, e-commerce, or account system on this website.
How your enquiry is processed
Our contact form is processed by a third-party provider, Web3Forms, which transmits your submission to us by email. Web3Forms acts as our data processor for this purpose; we encourage you to review Web3Forms's own privacy policyfor how they handle data in transit. We have not yet completed a formal review of their terms — see "Open questions" below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It is off by default — it only loads after you actively accept it via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. When accepted, Google Analytics may record pages visited and general usage patterns; if you successfully submit our contact form, we also log a single generic event confirming an enquiry was made and which service it concerned — never your name, email, phone number, or message content. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights including access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@rexpromt.com.
Open questions before this can be finalised
- Legal entity name, company registration number (if applicable), and registered address
- Data retention period for contact-form enquiries (how long submissions/emails are kept)
- Whether Rexpromt needs to register with the ICO, and that registration number if so
- A named contact responsible for data protection queries, if different from the general enquiry address
- Confirmation that Web3Forms's processor terms have been reviewed and are acceptable
- Governing law / jurisdiction to state explicitly
